The ZFM2 is a sandwich plate valve with a flow control function in port A. The flow control function is active for flows from port A1 to port A2. In parallel with the flow control valve is a bypass check valve that allows free flow from port A2 to port A1.
The valve provides a very smooth unloading function without loss of closing time when used as a pilot valve to control a 2-way cartridge valve.
Available options for directional and check functions include various surface ratios for the poppet, various poppet options such as shaft seals and damping noses, and various spring options.
