The AXXERON Hydrolux modular hydraulic service manifold (M-HSM) is able to supply the test system with hydraulic pressure in stages of off/low/high to enable smooth hydraulic engagement, thus avoiding pressure peaks on the test system or damage to the test item.

The AXXERON Hydrolux M-HSM has been developed with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) in mind and includes an optional safety manifold. The M-HSM is available in a variety of design configurations that can be quickly adapted to a wide range of hydraulic test systems.

Superior isolation control for test systems and hydraulic actuators

The AXXERON Hydrolux Modular Hydraulic Service Manifold (M-HSM) offers effective hydraulic isolation control and actuation for a test system or a single hydraulic actuator. This modular service manifold is designed for a system pressure of 280 bar, and the maximum rated flow capacity is between 400 and 1000 l/min. The M-HSM can be connected to up to 4 control stations (more on request) and supply each station with the maximum flow of the nominal size.

The M-HSM can provide hydraulic pressurization with stages off/low/high for the test system to enable smooth hydraulic actuation, thus avoiding pressure shocks to the test system or damage to the test item. This manifold is designed following the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and can include an optional safety manifold.

AXXERON Hydrolux offers the possibility of a CE-compliant M-HSM design:

A TÜV-certified pressure relief valve protects the operation within a safe pressure range
A shut-off valve separates the control pressure line from the pressure line to avoid unexpected movements, e.g., at the actuator
An optional safety manifold separates the central pressure supply Unit from the M-HSM in a redundant arrangement
