2-way screw-in valves with position monitoring are screw-in valves with an integrated monitoring function. The position switch indicates the closed valve position. These valves can be used for safety functions and have an approval certificate from the German Social Accident Insurance DGUV Test for all sizes.
AXXERON Hydrolux offers two types of position-monitored screw-in valves: standard screw-in valves (CSE series) and actively actuated valves (RSE series).
CSE Series 2-way Slip-in valves are passive cartridge valves similar to our CEE series, but here, we have a cartridge valve and a cover in one valve unit. They are equipped with a special poppet valve and an integrated position switch to monitor the closed valve position.
Similar to our CHE valve series, these valves have all the advantages of an active cartridge, allowing them to provide two dedicated control areas, one for opening and one for closing the valve poppet. This enables more robust control of directional functions for high-speed, high-response machines where low system pressure can delay closing times.
Unlike the CHE series active cartridge, they have a special poppet with overlap to ensure the specific behavior at the opening point of the cartridge valve. They are equipped with an integrated position switch to monitor the closed valve position.
