Function principle

Closed-loop control of the main stage

X700 servo cartridges are closed-loop valves: an electric command signal sets the poppet position, and the integrated valve electronics close the position control loop of the main stage via a position transducer.

  • 01Direct-operated pilot valve
    D636 (sizes 32–50) or D637 (sizes 63–100) with low internal leakage; sizes 40/50 also available with D936.
  • 02Main stage position control
    The integrated electronics control the poppet position via a position transducer in a closed loop.
  • 03Flexible interface
    Analog, fieldbus (EtherCAT, CANopen) or combined analog and digital.
